1. Who We Are

This website is owned and operated by Master Coach Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We offer spiritual and personal development services including memberships, courses, and live experiences intended to support your growth, alignment, and purpose.

2. The Field Membership

The Field is a paid membership community offering access to live calls, meditations, somatic sessions, recorded content, journaling prompts, and an online community via our private platform (Heartbeat).

Membership is available in two forms:

  • Monthly Subscription (recurring)

  • Annual Subscription (recurring with discount)

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms, including the payment, conduct, and cancellation clauses below.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely and automatically renewed unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise Master Coach Ltd to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly Membership

  • You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us.

  • Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.

Annual Membership

  • You may cancel renewal at any time. Access continues until your current term ends.

  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies to first-time purchases:

    • If you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed members-only content (defined as creating a Heartbeat account or joining a live call), you may request a full refund.

    • Once you create your Heartbeat account or attend any live session, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you waive your right to a refund under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Accessing content includes — but is not limited to — creating a Heartbeat account, viewing recorded materials, or attending a live session.

5. Community Conduct Guidelines

The Field is a sacred, supportive space for transformation. To maintain its integrity, all members agree to the following:

  • No pitching or unsolicited promotion — this is not a marketing space.

  • Confidentiality is sacred — what is shared in the group stays in the group.

  • Respect and compassion — engage with others from a place of kindness and curiosity, not judgment.

  • Safety first — we do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, or coercion of any kind.

  • Sovereignty of pace — take what resonates, leave what doesn’t. This is your journey.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if these guidelines are breached.

6. Sovereignty Clause

You are the sovereign creator of your experience. The Field offers deep tools, practices, and invitations — but you remain fully responsible for your interpretations, choices, and transformation.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as every individual’s path is unique. By participating, you agree to engage consciously and take full ownership of your growth.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials — including meditations, recordings, journal prompts, courses, graphics, and writings — are the property of Master Coach Ltd and are protected by copyright.

You may not copy, share, or distribute member-only content without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Field is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or financial advice. All information is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only.

Please consult a qualified professional if you require support in those areas.

9. Limitation of Liability

We aim to offer our services with care and integrity. However, we are not liable for:

  • Interruptions to service due to third-party platforms (e.g. Heartbeat, Zoom)

  • Loss of data or content

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or your member dashboard.

Your continued use of the membership confirms your acceptance of any updates.
