What is this gem, this star, this spark, this flame within me that has innumerable value?

It’s life itself. There is limited value to this body without life, like the car without a functioning engine.

Life is the most valuable of all. Life is eternal. But the time we have in this form is limited, so time is equally valuable.

Yet we squander this life on time in pursuit of material wealth. To buy and accumulate things of lesser value that we cannot take along.

We should use the time to experience life to its fullest, and if you want to accumulate wealth, accumulate the ones that can be with you, or useful to you, for future lifetimes.

The good karma, or good deeds, is all that you can carry away from this lifetime.

The soul may remember this life, so might as well make it truly memorable, filled with joy. Laughter and contentment. Thoughts of gratitude and devotion.
