More space between the thoughts after these meditations. Nice and quiet.
Stretch that space and enjoy the quiet between the thoughts.
Shouldn’t I be using the time constructively?
What’s the point of the space between the thoughts?
Isn’t that my ego thinking? To keep me thinking all the time?
What’s the real point of my thoughts? Most are of not much use anyway.
Only few are truly useful, so I should learn to quieten the mind, increase the space between the thoughts, be aware of the thoughts, stop the pointless ones.
And only go along with the useful ones. Just be between the thoughts.”
