You’ll have access to every replay – and members say the energy of the recordings is just as powerful.
When are the live sessions?
Live calls run Monday–Friday, the first week of each month. Times alternate monthly between 6am UK and 1pm UK to suit different time zones. All calls are recorded, so you’ll never miss out.

Do I need to be experienced in meditation or journalling?
No. The Daily Miracalls are fully guided. This isn’t about perfecting a technique – it’s about remembering the perfection that’s already within you. At first, your mind may resist, your body may struggle to relax – that’s normal. It simply means you’re stepping into a new version of you, a greater way of being.
Is this a religious practice?
The Daily Miracalls are a spiritual practice open to all. We draw on sacred texts, poets, and great thinkers across traditions. Source is one.
